- Identify and specialize in profitable niches based on initial assessments and market needs of the clients you have worked with in the previous Phase. Focus on becoming the go-to expert in these areas.
- Social Media Outreach:
- Leverage Instagram for direct outreach to potential clients. Use targeted content and engagement strategies to connect with your audience and generate leads. New module coming on this soon, however there will be information on this in Alex’s books above.
- Generating Referrals:
- As your network grows and you deliver great work, referrals will naturally increase, further expanding your client base.

Prospecting Calls
- Utilize a standardized template for prospecting calls to ensure a consistent and professional approach. This template should be adapted for SEO, Google Ads, and broader lead generation discussions. Anytime you get a referral or someone interested via your website/social media, get them on a relaxed prospecting call and understand your client. We are not trying to sell them just yet.
Sales Calls and Client Management
- Before pitching, fully believe in the value of your products and services. Confidence in your offerings is crucial for convincing potential clients.
- By now you should know what the client needs based on the prospecting call. Here we provide the solution. If they need leads and you haven't done Google Ads or SEO before then offer it for free - “I am doing this for free to build my skillset while getting you results.”
Value Ladder Strategy
- Develop your capabilities progressively: begin by building high-quality websites, then introduce SEO and Google Ads services to existing clients, starting with a few free projects to prove your skills.
- Communicate the value of expanding their digital presence to clients using real data from tools like SEMrush to highlight potential leads and competitive gaps.
Outreach and Expansion
- With case studies in hand, initiate outreach efforts. Position your agency as a niche authority (e.g., "I help pest control companies get more leads with Google"). Utilize DMs, IG reels, and personalized pitches to showcase your success.
